Great location, close to restaurants and public transportation, and helpful staff that went out of their way to assist with our needs. the hotel had a beautiful design and was well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for our city trip.
the shower temperature was sporadic and difficult to regulate, and some window locks were broken, leading to potential safety concerns.

The prices were reasonable, especially considering the prime location near restaurants and bars. We loved being so close to Patio Bellavista, an amazing place for food, drinks, and relaxation. Additionally, the hotel staff were attentive and provided great service. The rooms, especially the ones with the balcony that we requested, were basic but comfortable. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic getaway at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We loved the location of the hotel, which was in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. One of the best aspects was the lovely terrace where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, soaking up the sunshine and stunning views.
While we loved our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The noise from the street and nearby establishments could be a bit loud at times, especially late at night, but it wasn't enough to detract from our overall experience.

Excellent location near Baquedano Square, making it convenient for subway access. The price was very reasonable compared to other options. The staff was kind and helpful, even accommodating a room change. The comfortable bed and well-equipped rooms made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although not extensive, was sufficient, and the terrace where it was served was a nice touch.
